Triton T150 850

The bike has taken 6 months to build, the build started in November 2015 and was finished in April 2016

the engine is from a triumph trident T150 it has been converted to a 5 speed gear box, with  race cams, Les Whiston belt drive, high pressure oil pump, 850cc high compression pistons

The frame is from a 1959 Norton Dominator the forks are Norton road holder forks, John Tickle yokes, front brake is a 250mm Fontana double sided twin leader drum the rear is a Triumph conical hub drilled and fitted with a cooling ring, in the Manx style.

The exhaust is a one off hand built to my design 3 to 3 system with reverse cones

The engine has been striped and  vapour blasted and then rebuilt by myself, every nut, bolt and washer has been replaced with stainless steel, every bearing and oil seal has also been replaced

The standard T150 carb gantry has been modified to be centre pull, coil brackets have been mounted above the engine using the head steady and the head bolts.

The frame was de-lugged and then new brackets welded on where needed

The engine plates were also made by myself
