Norbsa (Norton Gold Star)

The History

During the 50's and 60's it was widely acknowledged the Norton featherbed frame was best handling road frame by a long way, but in many peoples eyes the Norton engine was lacking in power and bling, so the obvious choice of the day was to fit a BSA gold Star DBD 34, 500 cc single cylinder engine into the Norton frame and hence the "Norbsa" was born.
